About Us

Our concept is simple: Give a child a ball and then teach him how to play. Through the power of encouragement and leadership, we can inspire current and future leaders of the community. Together we will learn how to “Dream Big!”

I believe that in today’s society it is important to give back to the community. The game of soccer is more than just a game. It’s a passion, a dream, a way of life; something which brings incredible excitement and happiness to so many peoples’ lives. Soccer is relatable and has been known to unite and bring diverged cultures within a nation together. My name is Brad Namdar. I am 21 years old and have played soccer and football at the collegiate level as well as for the PDL and other select soccer leagues.

I believe that it is critical for college kids to break the status quo by beginning to make their mark on society. In giving back to my community, I have given countless hours of service towards the youth soccer league serving as a head coach.

This past year, I was asked to be a coach, motivational speaker, and special guest at Carolyn-Bukhair Elementary school in Richardson, Texas. This was during a yearly event known as “Super Saturday”. It is a day consisting of fun, soccer, and life lessons. The children of the camp received a soccer ball, a t-shirt and a bag.

This year I have decided to throw a camp along with some of my SMU peers, James Parker & Austin Leary. We will be throwing the camp for the children of Heart House and the Vickery Meadow Community. We already have over 100 volunteers, media outlets, and a lot of attention towards the camp. The children at the camp come from a variety of different backgrounds and often cannot afford to go to an expensive soccer camp, receive private coaching, or purchase top quality equipment.

How you can help: We need any sponsors, private donations, volunteer coaches/facilities people, equipment, anything at all that can help make this camp the best ever!(If you can’t personally help, then pass this message along www.dreambigsoccer.com)

I have currently been offered a coaching internship with FC Dallas and if there is one thing that I have learned, it is the understanding of why it is important to give back to your community. It’s a chance to show people that someone cares; being that smile that brightens their day.

If you have a business, we can hand out flyers; put a logo on the children’s “camp jerseys”, or anything else if you would like to help sponsor this camp. This community cannot afford soccer camps, quality coaching or quality equipment. That is why I have decided to undertake this responsibility. I believe that it is not just my responsibility as a coach of the game, but as a person as well. None of the volunteer coaches, administration, or anyone is making any money from this camp. This is a strictly a non-profit event. Any donations would help out TREMENDOUSLY. Everyone is busy, times are tough, and people have their own issues.  Though, if you could help with this event, it will bring so much happiness to over 300 families.
